Nelson Kore

CPA Nelson Kore is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Branch Secretary and CPD Convener at ICPAK and as a member of the Youth and Students Affairs Subcommittee, Nelson also represents youth interests in the North Rift Branch. Additional involvement includes membership in the Advocacy and Legislation Committee at IIA Kenya, focusing on public policy and stakeholder lobbying. With a strong background as a Senior Internal Auditor and Senior Accountant for Elgeyo Marakwet County Government, as well as roles in accounts payable at Naivas Limited and data entry/accounting at Snack Rack Ltd, Nelson has demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and compliance. Educated with a CPA from the Vision Institute of Professionals and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from KCA University, ongoing professional development includes certifications in data protection, network security, and auditing.
