Beatriz Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, marketing, and communication across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Naiz Fit since January 2021, Beatriz leads a dedicated team and manages intricate customer relationships across multiple regions, including Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. Previous roles include Freelance Customer Success Manager and Marketing and Communication Consultant, as well as positions in leadership at Grupo Garrancho, donosTIK, and Therappi. With over 16 years at GINMUSICA as Marketing and Communication Director, Beatriz has developed and implemented successful marketing strategies for diverse events. Beatriz holds a Licenciada in Psychology and Communication from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea.
