Heshan Marasinghe

Heshan Marasinghe is an experienced professional in quantity surveying and contract management, currently serving as an Assistant Contracts Manager at Nakheel since August 2023. Previously, Heshan worked as a Senior Cost Manager at EXCOM Consultants on secondment to Nakheel PJSC. Additional roles include Senior Quantity Surveyor at Al Tayer Group and various positions in quantity surveying at Engineers Office, Deyaar Official, and Al Tayer Group, where responsibilities encompassed procurement and contracts, as well as pre and post-contract activities. Heshan began a career as a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Executive at Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC. Heshan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Building Economics from Pearson Edexcel International, complemented by foundational education at Dharmaraja College-Kandy.
