Marilou Silva

Marilou Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architecture, project management, and tenancy design. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Tenancy Design and Coordination at Nakheel since December 2022, Marilou previously held the role of Commercial Project Manager for Expo 2020 at Compass Project Consulting from February 2021 to March 2023. Marilou's earlier career includes positions such as Sr. Retail Design/Delivery Manager at Funtastic Engineering Consultancy, Tenant Coordinator at Emaar Malls Group, and Project Architect at Sun and Sand Sports LLC. Marilou's foundational expertise as an Architect was developed during roles at Northcorp General Maintenance LLC and Multiline Interiors LLC. Marilou holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, along with certifications in health and safety, emergency first aid, and sustainable design practices.
