Dilken Dilber

Dilken Dilber has been working in the tech industry since 2018. In that time, they have held a variety of roles in different companies. In 2018, they began working as a Software Developer for Trapets AB, a leading provider of Market/Trading Surveillance, AML and KYC solutions. Dilken also worked as a Software Developer for Nordic Morning, a company that creates digital experiences that transform businesses. In 2020, Dilken started working as a Software Developer & Founder at Crude Tech, a company that focuses on building the next generation of tech teams with diversity. Additionally, they have been a Software Developer at Näktergal, a Swedish FinTech propelling the mortgage industry into the age of the cloud, since 2020. Finally, they are a Board Member at DataTjej, a company that organizes the annual Datatjej conference, one of the largest IT conferences in Sweden for women and non-binary people in tech.
