Angus Grant

Angus Grant is a seasoned legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Nala Renewables since September 2022, Angus brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Trident Energy from September 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, Angus practiced as an Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from September 2014 to August 2018, focusing on corporate energy and infrastructure, as well as having completed a Traineeship with varied exposure to energy, telecommunications litigation, and real estate. Angus holds an Accelerated Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages (Spanish) and History from Durham University.
