Yann Ménat's work experience includes serving as Head of Customer Success at Nalo since February 2022 and as a Customer Success Manager at Nalo from April 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a User Care Expert at Alan from November 2019 to December 2020. Yann also held the position of Customer Service Executive at International SOS from March 2018 to October 2019. From March 2012 to June 2017, Yann worked as a Logistic Coordinator at Medic'Air International.
Yann Ménat obtained a Licence degree in International Commerce from Eurasiam, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
