Dr. Steven L. Hall

Dr. Steven L. Hall has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades, where they held various leadership roles in compliance, risk management, and student services at academic institutions, consulting firms, and government organizations. Dr. Steven L. worked as a VP of Administration at Namauu Technological & Industrial (NTI) in 2023, and as a Senior Execution Project Advisor at the US Department of State from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Executive Director of the Mayor's Office in Houston, overseeing governance, risk, and compliance programs for military and veteran constituents. Dr. Steven L. worked in a similar capacity as the Executive Director of Student Services at Houston Community College from May to November 2018, and at Lone Star College from 2015 to 2018. Dr. Hall also worked as an Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Services/Student Success at Trident University International from 2012 to 2015, and as an Executive Director of Student Services/Student Success at Grand Canyon University from 2009 to 2012. Before transitioning to academia, they held various positions in the United States Air Force, including Director of Operations at the Office of Inspector General, where they oversaw compliance and affirmative actions from 1981 to 2006. In 2006, they founded their consulting firm, Cameron Tucker Consulting, where they served as the Chief Learning Officer and Director of Business Operations, leading ERM and compliance-related services to industry clientele.

Dr. Steven L. Hall has a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Trident University International, which they received between 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Government & Policy from Grand Canyon University between 2011 and 2012 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business - Applied Management [Ken Blanchard College of Business] from the same institution between 2009 and 2011. In addition, they hold multiple certifications in various aspects of auditing and quality management systems from DEKRA, which they received in September 2021.
