Oaitse van Staden has over 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. They have held roles such as Chief Human Capital Officer at Namibia Institute of Pathology Limited, HRBP Manager at Erongo Marine Enterprises, and OD Practitioner at NAMPORT. Prior to these positions, Oaitse worked as a Senior HR Consultant at HR Matrix Consulting and in various HR and training roles at Rio Tinto - Rossing Uranium Ltd and Rössing Uranium Limited.
Oaitse van Staden completed a BA in Industrial Psychology at the University of Namibia from 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a BComm Honours in Industrial Psychology at the University of Stellenbosch from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they obtained an MComm in Industrial Psychology from the same institution in the years 2012 to 2014. Their field of study throughout their education was Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
