Jerrod Walker

Jerrod Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they are the Director of People at Namify. Previously, Jerrod spent many years in the Utah Army National Guard, holding various roles such as Onboarding/Offboarding and Promotions Manager, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Safety and Resource Scheduling Supervisor, Leadership Academy Instructor, Instructor, and Artillery Forward Observer. In these positions, they demonstrated strong organizational skills, improved procedures, and ensured regulatory compliance. Jerrod has also supervised teams, promoted professional development, and provided HR administration support for large departments.

Jerrod Walker has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Jerrod also holds an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in English Honors from Viewmont High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jerrod obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2021.
