Corjee du Plessis

Corjee Du Plessis has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Corjee started their career at Citi in 1999, where they worked as a Server and Desktop Support, Datacentre Operator for four years. Corjee then moved to the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development as a Server Support Specialist from 2003 to 2004.

From 2005 to 2011, Corjee worked at Gijima, first as a Subject Matter Expert System Administrator & Server Support and later as an Operations and Service Delivery Manager. Corjee then joined Datacentrix as a Senior Server Consultant in 2012.

In 2013, Corjee joined Exxaro Resources as an Infrastructure Architect and later joined Absa as a Solutions Architect in 2014. Corjee then moved to Dimension Data Middle East and Africa in 2015, where they held various roles including Senior Operations Manager for different areas of the organization such as Client Service Organisation, Datacentre, and End User Computing.

Currently, Corjee is working at Nampak as the Head of Operations and Cyber Security, a role they have held since October 2017.

Corjee Du Plessis obtained a PMD degree from the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town in 2019. In 2010, they completed the Middle Management Development Program at Towerstone Discover. Corjee'ssecondary education was completed at Waterkloof High School, where they obtained their Matric degree in 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Corjee has obtained various Microsoft certifications and Citrix certification over the years. Corjee also has certifications in Competition Law and Occupational Health and Safety Act from Compliance Online (Pty) Ltd.
