Douglas Sylva

Douglas Sylva has extensive experience in the construction industry, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Project Superintendent at Nan, Inc. since December 1998, Douglas has successfully managed multiple projects, including two Child Development Centers, three barracks, two workshop buildings, and a training facility, with project values ranging from $10 million to $60 million. Prior to this role, Douglas worked at PER INC from November 1991 to December 1998, overseeing small jobs and a significant $30 million IDIQ project. Douglas began the career at HORITA CONSTRUCTION in May 1988 as a carpenter, gaining valuable hands-on experience in housing development. Education was completed at Oregon Pacific in 1986.
