Rachelle Le Blanc

As NMA's Director of Human Resources, Rachelle Le Blanc manages the Human Resources Department for the company. Rachelle is a dynamic HR practitioner with extensive experience in human resources. Rachelle holds a SPHR, SHRM-CP, PHR, Certification in HR Management from UCSD and a BA degree from SDSU. Prior to joining Nan McKay & Associates in 2020, she lead Human Resources Departments for a wide variety of multi-state companies in her tenure.
