Jean Sautter

Jean Sautter is a Research Scientist at Nano One Materials Corp. since January 2023, specializing in the development of Metal to cathode active material (M2CAM) for LFP cathode materials. Responsibilities include collaboration with chemists and engineers throughout the R&D process, utilizing characterization techniques such as PSD, XRD, SEM, and BET for material analysis, and developing expertise in electrochemistry. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Improvement Engineer and Management Associate at Gerdau North America from February 2020 to January 2023, a Materials Engineering Co-op student at Highland Foundry International in 2017, and a Research Assistant at the Department of Materials Engineering at UBC in 2016. Jean Sautter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from The University of British Columbia and an IB Diploma from the British International School Shanghai Pudong Campus.
