SMB Technology Support Technician (BASK FOR BUSINESS) at Nanoheal

Matthew Scholle began their work experience in 2010 as a Technical Support Agent and RIS Help Desk Agent at Unisys. From there, they worked at Expertech and A Computer Fix SLC as a Computer Shop Technician, providing sales and tech support to customers. In 2012, they joined iTOK as a Computer Remote Tech Expert and Advisor, holding various positions such as Tech Trainer, Escalation Tech, and Tier 1/Tier 2 Tech. Matthew also worked at Genesys as a Data Center Technician Level 1, where they monitored hardware and software and provided support to call centers. In 2016, they joined Bask Technology, Inc. as a Tech Advisor and SMB Computer Support Technician, advising customers on technology solutions and fixing technical issues. In 2018, they transitioned to Nanoheal as an SMB Technology Support Technician.

Matthew Scholle attended Jordan High School from 2002 to 2005, where they completed their high school education with a focus on generals and computers. Following this, they enrolled at LDS Business College from 2005 to 2013, where they pursued a partial Associates Degree in Business Information Systems.
