Nathan Dyck has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nathan worked at Nanoleaf from 2015 to the present, starting as the Emerging Tech Lead and later becoming the Director of Product Development. Currently, Nathan serves as the Chief Product Officer at Nanoleaf. Prior to Nanoleaf, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Lumentra Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they gained experience as a Freelance Editor/Reviewer at Cactus Communications from 2013 to 2014. Nathan also worked at Electrovaya as a Process and Quality Engineering specialist in 2014. Nathan'searly work experience includes being a Micro Sensors Research Student at the University of Waterloo in 2010, a Materials Engineering Coop Student at Arise Technologies Corporation from 2008 to 2009, and a Novel Toner Design Student at Xerox Research Centre of Canada in 2008. At Xerox, Nathan developed a patented process for producing UV-curable toner, contributing to Xerox's entry into the flexible packaging digital printing market.

Nathan Dyck earned their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Nanotechnology Engineering with a Management Sciences option from the University of Waterloo in 2011. Nathan then pursued an M.Sc. in Materials Engineering at McGill University from 2011 to 2013.
