John Hunt

John Hunt has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies. John is currently serving as the Vice President and General Manager of the Seismology Division at Nanometrics Inc since April 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Agilent Technologies from 2009 to 2022, including Associate VP of Global Business Enablement, Product Marketing & Support, Director of Global Operations in the Service and Support Division, and Director of Operations in the Americas. Moreover, they served as the Head of Global Service Product Management in the Mass Spectrometry Division at SCIEX from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they worked at Agilent Technologies since 1999, initially as the National Service Sales and Delivery Manager and later as a Field Services Expert. John began their career at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they held the position of Lab Informatics and Metrology Manager from 1994 to 1999.

John Hunt has a Masters in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University. John also holds a Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt from the Schulich School of Business - York University. In addition, they have studied Science and Economics at the University of Waterloo. John also has a degree in Chemical Engineering Technology from the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
