Sergey Budyakov

Sergey Budyakov has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sergey started their career as the Founder of daraba.ru, an online fitness tool. Sergey then founded Amplitudo, an e-commerce company specializing in selling Apple devices and accessories. Sergey also worked as an SEO Manager at wikimapia, where they developed the concept and technical documentation for a fitness project.

Moving on, Sergey held the role of Product Manager at KingKupon, where they managed the development department and implemented SCRUM methodology. Sergey then joined PayU as a Product Manager, responsible for creating the roadmap, launching new products, and monitoring their performance.

Additionally, Sergey served as a Product Advisor at WebMoney, providing expertise and guidance on their products. Sergey later became the CTO of ISIC Russia, a role they held for six years, where they played a key role in the company's technical operations and development.

Sergey's most recent position was CEO of Usedesk, a SaaS-communication platform that streamlines customer support processes by integrating multiple communication channels and automating responses.
