Shaswati Sagarika

Shaswati Sagarika has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Shaswati started their career in 2017 as an intern at Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where they worked on a Java application for monitoring missile launching. Shaswati then took on various internships, including roles at Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs and Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited in 2019.

In 2015, Shaswati joined Clarion-NIT Rourkela as a core member, where they were involved in various activities until 2018. Shaswati later became a core member at the Media and Communication Cell of IIM Lucknow in 2018, where they promoted the institute's brand.

In 2020, Shaswati joined Deloitte India as a Management Consultant and worked there until 2022. Shaswati then moved to Ola as a Senior Program Manager, where they stayed until 2023.

Currently, Shaswati is working as an Engagement Manager at Nanonets, starting from July 2023.

Shaswati Sagarika completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in the years 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Beginner Google Analytics from Google Analytics for Business in June 2018.
