Kazi Aradhana, MSc Int. HRM has over six years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Kazi began their career in 2015 as a Student Ambassador, PASS mentor and leader, and Admissions Hotline Operator at Queen Mary University of London. In 2016, they worked as a Junior Marketing Consultant Intern at East London Business Alliance. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resource Intern at Pacific Maintenance and Engineering Group. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Thread Manhattan as a Management Trainee Program, GAOTek Inc. as a Human Resources Recruiter, AbleTo Inc. as a Recruitment Coordinator, and Simon-Kucher & Partners as a Recruitment Coordinator/ Assistant. Kazi then worked at Capital One as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator, and currently works at Fitch Ratings as a Human Resources Coordinator.

Kazi Aradhana completed a Foundation degree at David Game College in 2013-2014. Kazi then pursued a BSc in Business Management at Queen Mary University of London from 2014-2017. In 2016, they obtained a PASS mentor certification from Queen Mary University of London. In November 2016, they also obtained a Certification of Completion of Career Capital HR Consultancy Insight Day from Canary Wharf Group plc. In 2017-2018, they completed an MSc in International Human Resource Management at Queen Mary University of London, graduating with an Upper Second class (2:1).
