Selly Feransa

Selly Feransa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Selly started their career as a Corporate Recruitment & Staffing Executive and later transitioned into a Corporate Training Executive at SOHO Group in 2009. In 2011, they joined Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung as an Assistant Lecturer. Selly then worked as a School Psychologist at Yayasan Pendidikan Kristen Yahya from 2013 to 2015. Selly further pursued their teaching career as a Lecturer in Psychology at Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung from 2014 to 2015 and then at Universitas Tarumanagara starting from 2016. In 2016, Selly also joined Kalibra Consulting as an Associate Consultant, a role they held until 2021. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Assessor at Daya Dimensi Indonesia. In 2018, they became a Talent Acquisition Manager at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, responsible for various recruitment and branding activities. In 2019, Selly joined Triputra Group as the Head of Recruitment and Branding, a position they held until 2022. Currently, they are working at Nanovest as the Head of Human Resources.

Selly Feransa completed their Master's degree in Psychological from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, which took place from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university, spanning from 2003 to 2009. Selly Feransa also attended SMU Trinitas for their high school education from 2000 to 2003. The field of study for their high school education is unspecified.
