Rebecca Kroeger

Rebecca Kroeger, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, they worked as an HR Manager at Hart, Schaffner & Marx for two and a half years. Rebecca later served as the Community Services Director at Logansport State Hospital from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they joined Ruskin Company as a Human Resources Manager, where they remained for ten years. In 2015, they became the Human Resources Manager at Alloy Custom Products, LLC/ A Trinity Cryogenics company until 2018. Rebecca then joined Cryogenic Industrial Solutions (CIS) as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for employee recruiting, hiring, benefits management, employee relations, and providing strategic resources to business leadership. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Nanshan America since March 2020.

Rebecca Kroeger, PHR has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ivy Tech Community College-Kokomo, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in March 2019.
