Jay Curwen

Jay Curwen has a vast amount of experience in the outdoor retail industry, having worked in various sales and management roles for companies such as Nantahala Outdoor Center, Kellwood Company, High Gear, Patagonia, The North Face, and Black Dome Mountain Sports. With a degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina Asheville, Jay has successfully managed sales, marketing, and merchandising strategies for well-known outdoor brands and has played key roles in returning businesses to profitability. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales & Retail at Nantahala Outdoor Center, Jay oversees all aspects of management for a multi-million dollar retail and experiential recreation/education business.
