Martin Shiveral

Martin Shiveral has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Martin started their career at Queen's University Belfast as a Computer Engineer and Systems Analyst in 1995. Martin then worked at LAGAN TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED as a Software Engineer from 1998 to 1999. From 2001 to 2004, they were a Software Engineer at the same company. Martin joined Liberty Information Technology in 2004, initially as an Experienced Software Developer, and gradually progressed to roles of Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and finally Principal Software Engineer until 2010. Martin then worked at Aepona Limited as a Senior Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Martin joined Intel Corporation in 2013 as a Senior Software Engineer until 2014. Martin worked at NAVINET LIMITED as a Principal Software Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Martin joined NantHealth in 2016 and has held the roles of Lead Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and currently serves as the Senior Principal Software Engineer.

Martin Shiveral completed their education at the Ulster University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Software Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Rathmore Grammar School from 1989 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Martin holds several certifications, including Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) obtained in 2022, Sun Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems achieved in 2007, and Public First Aid from St John Ambulance received in December 1995.
