Mike Demakos has a strong background in the golf industry, with nearly 30 years of experience. Mike has held various roles, starting as an Apprentice Professional at Remington Lakes Driving Range from 1993 to 1997. Mike then worked as a PGM Intern at the Country Club of the Rockies and The Floridian Golf & Yacht Club in 1998. In 1999, they served as a Golf Shop Assistant at Katke Golf Course and later became an Assistant Golf Professional at Bel-Air Country Club until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at East Hampton Golf Club. Mike then moved on to Augusta National Golf Club, where they served as a Senior Assistant Golf Professional from 2003 to 2008. After that, they joined the Masters Tournament as a Tournament Employee from 2002 to 2010. Most recently, Mike has been the Head Golf Professional at Nantucket Golf Club Inc since 2008.
Mike Demakos attended Bolingbrook High School from 1992 to 1995. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Ferris State University from 1995 to 1999.
