Naomi E Soldon (she)

Naomi E Soldon is a partner at Soldon McCoy and practiced labor and employment law upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1990. She was admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan and the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Naomi is a labor-management and pension fund representative. She works on behalf of the funds, obtained reimbursement for large claims, drafted plan documents and summary plan descriptions, reviewed documents for compliance with ever-changing laws and regulations, and was often in court handling a wide range of ERISA litigation.

Naomi E Soldon has experience handling labor and employee benefit suits in arbitrations, state and federal court systems nationwide. She has also been involved in contract drafting and interpretation, collective bargaining agreement negotiations and enforcement, union organizing and representation, plant closings, family leave laws, employer discrimination issues as well as other employment law matters.

Naomi has a wealth of legal experience and expertise in labor law.
