Francois Mary has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Francois started their career in 1992 at the Connaught Hotel, where they worked in service and kitchen roles. Francois then moved on to the Plantation Sainte Marthe Hotel, where they completed an F&B Management Program from 1994 to 1996. After that, Francois worked as the Brasserie du Louvre Manager at the Hotel du Louvre from 1996 to 1999. Francois then joined the Noga Hilton Hotel Geneva as the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager, overseeing 8 different outlets and managing the FB division's budgets and forecasts. In 2004, they joined the Mövenpick Dream Castle Hotel as the Resident Manager, responsible for F&B operations and the recruitment of the operational team. Francois then worked at the Vienna International Hotels and Resorts in France, first as the General Manager of the Dream Castle and Magic Circus Hotels, where they implemented a synergic cluster for sales and finance. Francois was later promoted to the role of Cluster General Manager, overseeing both hotels and focusing on positioning them in the leisure market. In 2012, Francois became the Regional Director for Vienna House Hotel Management AG in the Czech Republic and the General Manager of andel's & angelo Hotel Prague, where they created the Regional Director position and implemented a Synergic cluster for the region. Their most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer at Your Nature Belgium, where they were responsible for leading the company and creating the tourism division. Currently, Francois holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Naos Hotel Groupe.

Francois Mary attended Ecole Hoteliere Jean Drouant Paris rue Mederic from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Catering. During the same time period, they also studied at Lycée hotelier Jean Drouant in Paris and received a High School Hospitality Diploma.
