Rebekah Latour

Rebekah LATOUR is an experienced international practice director at NAOS International, overseeing EMEA and APAC operations since June 2020. With 15 years of expertise in recruiting and assessing leaders across more than 40 countries, Rebekah leads a global team located in Paris, London, Dubai, and Singapore. Prior roles include serving as a regional managing consultant at NAOS International, where strategic recruitment support was provided to clients in various industries, and as a senior executive search consultant at Bold Executives, focusing on management and leadership roles. Rebekah has also developed leadership programs at ESSEC Executive Education and managed key accounts at Manpower France, establishing HR solutions for strategic clients. Rebekah holds a master’s degree in international commerce and marketing from IDRAC Business School.
