Janaé Sparks

Janaé Sparks currently serves as the Director of People Operations Excellence at NAPA Auto Parts since August 2025. Prior to this role, Janaé was the Director of Portfolio Management and Implementation, People Strategy & Solutions at Providence from April 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included strategic planning and implementation for HR initiatives affecting over 80,000 associates. Janaé also held the position of Director of HR Projects, Platforms & Processes at Humana, leading HR operations for a significant acquisition. Additionally, experience includes serving as HR Reporting and Analytics Manager at CenterWell Home Health and Lean Manager at Verity Health System. Janaé holds an MBA in General Management from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics and Health Policy and Management from Emory University.
