Cesar Sanchez is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various prestigious roles within the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Cook Line at Napa Valley Wine Train since November 2022, Cesar also holds the position of Chef Ejecutivo at La Churrasca Premium and Corazon de San Pedro Cholula, both since February 2021 and February 2017, respectively.
