Juhana Salminen

Juhana Salminen serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at NAPA since May 2004, also fulfilling the role of internal coach. Salminen has held various leadership positions, including Director of Quality and Processes, where responsibilities included managing the quality management system and leading ISO certifications. As Director of SaaS, oversight of teams spanning Finland and Romania was provided, while earlier roles included overseeing customer service operations globally and delivering technical consultancy. Involvement with the Finnish Student Sports Federation and the Student Union of Helsinki University of Technology highlights Juhana Salminen's commitment to organizational leadership. Juhana Salminen holds a Master's degree in Naval Architecture and International Business from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
