Lars Frandsen-Melau

Lars Frandsen-Melau has extensive work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Project Management at Napatech. Lars began this role in February 2020 and is currently employed there. Prior to this, Lars worked as an IT Consultant at Xact Consulting A/S from October 2017 to January 2020. Lars also served as a Project Manager at CLAAS from January 2017 to September 2017. Lars previously worked at Xact Consulting A/S as a Project Manager and migration specialist from 2010 to December 2016. Lars also has experience as an IT Consultant/Project Manager at SDC from November 2012 to October 2013. Lars began their career as a Senior Software Designer at Nokia, where they worked from September 1999 to May 2009. Lars also worked as an Engineer at Copenhagen Airports from September 1992 to September 1999. Prior to that, Lars worked as a Software Developer at Armada Data A/S from May 1991 to September 1992 and at Poulsen & Thinghuus as a Software Developer from November 1987 to November 1989.

Lars Frandsen-Melau has a diverse education history. Lars started by attending Vordingborg gymnasium from 1982 to 1985. Then, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronic engineering, IT, and Acoustic Engineering at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 1985 to 1990. Continuing their education, Lars attended Copenhagen Business School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained an HD 2. del degree in Environmental Management.

In addition to their formal education, Lars has also acquired certifications to enhance their expertise. Lars obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG in September 2015 and became a Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D through Dansk Projektledelse in November 2013.
