Martha Elhisa Ogando Ortíz

Martha Elhisa Ogando Ortíz has extensive work experience in quality and process engineering. Martha Elhisa worked at NAPCO Security Technologies from 2005 to present as the Director of Quality and Process Engineering, where they managed the department and led various initiatives such as implementing ISO 9001-2008 standards and managing the New Product Introduction Process. Prior to this, they worked at Avatar Electronics, Inc. as a Quality Manager from 2004 to 2005. Martha Elhisa also worked at Baxter International Inc. as an APQP and Statistics Engineer from 1999 to 2002, where they developed the APQP system and implemented MPACT and InfinityQS software. Additionally, they have served as the Communications Chair at ASQ - Santo Domingo since 2019. Throughout their career, Martha has implemented standard operating procedures, led internal audit systems, and coached re-engineering efforts.

Martha Elhisa Ogando Ortíz completed their education in chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo. Martha Elhisa attended the institute from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (PUCV), from 2002 to 2004.
