Dr. Greta Zeimetz Cae

Dr. Greta Zeimetz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dr. Greta'smost recent positions include being the Executive Vice President at both the American Association of Professional Landmen and NAPE Expo LP, starting in November 2019. From June 2015 to October 2019, they served as the CEO for NALA - The Paralegal Association, where they were responsible for leading and managing staff in implementing the association's mission and strategic priorities.

Prior to that, Dr. Zeimetz worked as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2018. Dr. Greta also served as a Board Member for the California Tax Education Council from November 2012 to May 2015. Additionally, they were an Executive Committee Member for Appleton e-School from May 2010 to May 2015.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Zeimetz was the Director of Education & Research (TKC Team) for the National Association of Tax Professionals from April 2002 to May 2015. At Thrivent, they held the position of Manager of Training & Development from 2000 to 2002, where they established and managed a training and documentation services unit.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Staff Analyst at Compuware from 1997 to 2000, where they provided training, documentation, and consulting services to various Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Greta Zeimetz, CAE, SHRM-SCP has an extensive education history. Dr. Greta obtained a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned an MS in Management & Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999. Dr. Greta holds a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which they achieved between 1991 and 1993. Dr. Greta completed their high school education at Crete-Monee H.S. from 1982 to 1986.

In addition to their educational achievements, Dr. Zeimetz has obtained several certifications. Dr. Greta received the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the USF Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education in November 2021. In December 2020, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
