Linda L has held various roles in sales and marketing throughout their work experience. Linda started their career as a Financial Analyst/Marketing Analysis at General Mills in 1995, where they created a tracking device/protocol to improve company productivity. Linda then moved to General Mills Convenience & Foodservice, where they held several positions including Sales Key Account Manager and Manager of Sales Operations, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage teams and increase sales. Linda's expertise in sales and marketing led their to their most recent position as the Director of New Construction Sales, U.S.A. at Napoleon, where they oversee sales initiatives. In addition to their professional experience, Linda has also been actively involved in various leadership roles, such as serving on the Steering Committee for the Women's Leadership Conference at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and being an Executive Board Member for Carlson Women Global Connect.

Linda L began their education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 1990 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Management Information Systems in 1994.
