Islam AlZanaty

Islam AlZanaty has worked as a Domestic Operations Specialist at Naqla since January 2023. In this role, they receive daily trucking requests from clients, coordinates with the team to organize work orders with drivers, and guides drivers for loading and offloading in the appropriate locations. Prior to their position at Naqla, AlZanaty worked as an Operations Executive at FSC Egypt from September 2020 to October 2021. Their responsibilities included preparing daily reports on shipments in both freight and courier, managing and monitoring shipment details, and creating and managing accounts for new clients.

Islam AlZanaty attended Ain Shams University from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of law. Additionally, in June 2023, they received a certification in Teamwork Foundations from LinkedIn. In May 2023, they also obtained a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making, also from LinkedIn.
