Joshua Malaga

Joshua Malaga has over 8 years of professional experience. Joshua began their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at SPi Global. In 2015, they moved to TaskUs as an Email Support Representative. In 2016, they joined NarraSoft Corporation, where they have held three roles. Joshua served as a Data Processing Specialist, a Data Processing Team Manager, and Head of Business Process Outsourcing. In their current role, Joshua is responsible for determining and defining project scope and objectives, predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, proposing and tracking budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements, developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress, managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables, utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution, monitoring the progress and making adjustments as needed, measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement, conducting staff performance reviews to assess needs, cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments, establishing a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as defining user guidelines, managing and improving department performance through client feedbacks and outputs, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures.

Joshua Malaga obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Teaching from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2012. Joshua also obtained three additional certifications: Start and Run a Successful IT Support Company from Udemy in December 2021, Assertiveness Skills Training from SAS Management Incorporated in May 2021, and Operational Leadership from SAS Management Incorporated in April 2020.
