Olivier Doré

Principal Scientist at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Olivier Doré has a diverse work experience in the field of research and academia. Olivier started their career at Princeton University as a Research Associate from September 2002 to August 2005. Following this, they worked as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Toronto from September 2005 to July 2009. Olivier then joined the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where they held positions such as Research Scientist starting from July 2009 and later as a Principal Scientist from August 2020. Alongside their work at NASA, they also served as a Visiting Associate Faculty at Caltech from July 2009, and currently works there as a Senior Faculty Associate since September 2021.

Olivier Doré earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from CentraleSupélec in 1997. Olivier then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Cambridge in 1997. In 1999, they attended Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics in 2001.
