Lu Castello

Lu Castello is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in business strategy, inclusion consulting, and event management. As the Founder and Business Strategist at Limuni since October 2022, Lu focuses on empowering founders to transition into directors and realize their entrepreneurial visions. At NASA, Lu serves as an IDEA Professional, providing consulting on inclusion, diversity, equity, and access in STEM programs. Lu also contributes as a Crowd Investor at Nobody Studios and co-founded The Nonbinary Corner, promoting inclusivity. With over a decade of experience in the events industry, Lu has successfully managed more than 800 events and led numerous international teams. Educational pursuits include a degree in Intercultural Business with Leadership from Edinburgh Napier University.
