Russ Deloach

Russ DeLoach has extensive experience in safety and mission assurance within NASA, currently serving as Chief of the Office of Safety and Mission Assurance since February 2019, and previously held the position of Director of Safety & Mission Assurance at NASA Kennedy Space Center from June 1987 to February 2019. Throughout a distinguished career at NASA, Russ DeLoach also held roles such as Acting Director and Deputy Director of Safety & Mission Assurance, as well as Safety & Mission Assurance Engineer. Russ DeLoach earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, where studies were completed between 1980 and 1987.
