Zach Courtright

Zach Courtright is an experienced professional in materials science and engineering, currently serving as the In-Space Manufacturing Portfolio Manager at NASA since June 2015. In this role, Zach oversees projects aimed at developing manufacturing processes for utilization in space and on non-terrestrial surfaces. Previously, Zach held positions as a Welding Engineer at NASA, focusing on weld process development and project management, and at United Launch Alliance, where engineering support was provided for the Centaur second stage booster production. Zach's academic background includes a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and multiple degrees in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University.
