Alfonzo Alexander

Alfonzo Alexander has a solid work history, with experience in various leadership roles. Alfonzo started their career as a Managing Director at INROADS from 1994 to 1997. Alfonzo then served as an Area Manager and later as a Regional Manager/Managing Director at INROADS from 1998 to 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as the Vice President of Development at the NASBA Center for the Public Trust. Alfonzo later joined Success Solutions, Inc as the President and CEO from 2004 to 2015. In 2007, they became the Chief Ethics & Diversity Officer at the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). In 2012, they served as the President of the NASBA Center for the Public Trust. With expertise in ethics and diversity, they continued to make a significant impact by becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alexander Success Group, Inc in 2014. Alfonzo also held leadership positions at Playlist Properties, Inc as the Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2020, and at ReCOVer-Health, LLC as an Executive in 2021. Additionally, they currently hold the position of President at MaxxContent since 2020.

Alfonzo Alexander pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Tennessee Tech University - College of Business, graduating in 1991. Later, they enrolled at Lipscomb University and obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration, completing their studies in 2008. In 2010, Alfonzo attended Wharton Executive Education, where they received an Executive Education Certificate in Strategic Planning and Leadership.
