Patrik Hörnqvist

Patrik H. is a Data Engineer at Komerční banka since June 2023, contributing to data management and analysis. Currently, Patrik is pursuing a PhD in Bioinformatics at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague while also serving as a PhD student at both the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the Czech Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Animal Physiology and Genetics, Academy of the Sciences of the Czech Republic. Previous roles include a Laborant at CITYLAB spol. s.r.o., Back-office Sales Support at Prazska Plynarenska, and QA Microbiologist at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Patrik holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and Genetic Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Analysis of Food, both from UCT Prague. Early education was completed at Reálné gymnázium a základní škola Otto Wichterleho in Prostějov.
