Kasey Sax

Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Nasdaq

Kasey Sax is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Nasdaq since June 2015, Kasey leads the commercial legal efforts for the Global Information Services division, which accounts for one-third of Nasdaq, Inc.'s revenue. Prior to this, Kasey held the position of Assistant General Counsel at AOL Inc. from April 2008 to April 2015, overseeing legal matters for global video and advertising business units. Kasey also served as Corporate Counsel at VeriSign, Inc., where responsibilities included negotiating intellectual property agreements, and as Assistant General Counsel at the Broadcasting Board of Governors, focusing on intellectual property rights and international broadcast agreements. Kasey holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in Classical Civilizations & Geography from UCLA.
