Joshua Burch is currently the Director of People in Tennessee at The Honor Foundation, a role where Joshua works on connecting businesses with veteran and spouse talent to boost economic prosperity in the region. Previously, Joshua served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Green Beret for over 25 years, holding various roles such as Special Forces Officer, Operations Warrant Officer, and Assistant Detachment Commander. Joshua is dedicated to retaining, returning, and attracting veteran talent to Tennessee and has worked on transition assistance programs and training plans throughout their military career. Joshua is a highly skilled and experienced individual with a background in leadership and special operations.
