Max Rykov

Max Rykov is an experienced professional in development, communications, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Development and Communications at the Nashville International Center for Empowerment (NICE) since August 2021, Max previously held positions such as Development Manager at Tennessee Riverkeeper and Communications and Community Engagement Officer for the City of Birmingham. Max's accomplishments include coordinating successful fundraising campaigns, managing significant social media growth, and producing impactful events for non-profit organizations. In addition to being a founder of Max Rykov & Associates, Max has contributed to community grant initiatives through the Birmingham Awesome Foundation and has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Alabama.
