Director Of Operations at Nashville Rescue Mission

Jacob Hendrix has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jacob began their career as a Store Manager/Sales Manager at Dixie Battey Supply from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they also worked as a General Teacher's Assistant for the Cheatham County School Board and as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Cheatham County Central High School. From 2016 to 2019, Hendrix served as a Youth Pastor at Ashland City Church of Christ. Jacob then transitioned into the fitness industry, working as both a Front Desk Associate and a Fit Lab Instructor at QNTM Fit Life from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they became an Assistant Director of Operations at Nashville Rescue Mission, and later in 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director of Operations. Since 2021, Hendrix has also been working as a Fitness Instructor at Re:Move Training.

Jacob Hendrix received their Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Faulkner University in the years 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Shelton State Community College, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, obtained in June 2023.
