Annarie Oosthuizen

Annarie Oosthuizen is a seasoned professional in internal audit and risk management, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit and Risk at both Naspers Limited and Prosus Group since July 2017 and September 2019, respectively. With prior roles including Head of Internal Audit at Media24 (Pty) Ltd and Novus Holdings Ltd, Annarie has extensive experience in risk assessments, internal audit plan development, and data analytics. Previous tenure at Deloitte spanned over eight years in various capacities, culminating in a Senior Manager role in Risk Advisory. Annarie holds the CA(SA) designation from SAICA, and certifications in Risk of Information Systems Control and Information Systems Auditing from ISACA, alongside a B.Com and Honours in Accounting and Law from Nelson Mandela University.
