Jessica Dillon

Jessica Dillon is the Assistant Director of the Registrar at Nassau Community College. Jessica has over ten years of experience in the customer service and administrative fields.

Jessica Dillon began their career as an assistant at Charter Land Title Agency in June 2005. In this role, they were responsible for guiding daily departmental operations, including student complaints, registration issues, room assignments, and instructor evaluations. Jessica Dillon ensured accurate records management by creating and tracking courses, statuses, codes, semesters, and SICAS data standards.

In January 2007, Jessica Dillon joined Venturi Staffing Partners as an account manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer accounts and providing excellent customer service. Jessica Dillon provided support to customers through phone, email, and live chat. Jessica also created account reports and handled customer billing inquiries.

Jessica Dillon joined Nassau Community College in June 2008 as the Assistant Director of the Registrar. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the registrar office, managing student records, and coordinating registration processes. Jessica Dillon ensures that students have a positive experience at Nassau Community College by providing excellent customer service and support.

Jessica Dillon has a Doctor of Education from St. John's University in Administrative and Instructional Leadership, a M.A. in Experimental Psychology from Long Island University, and a B.S. in Psychology from State University of New York College at Old Westbury. Jessica is certified from SUNY SAIL Institute in Winter Leadership Academy.
