Kaitlin Ruscetta has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Kaitlin began their career at Ellis Medicine as a Research Assistant, where they obtained DNA samples from patients, observed outpatient nutrition counseling, and participated in corporate meetings with pharmaceutical representatives. Kaitlin then worked at the Albany Therapeutic Riding Center as a Volunteer for two years. Following that, they interned at Capital Roots, where they conducted data entry and graph modeling, created maps of local pantries and farms, and conducted research for grants. Kaitlin also gained experience in the food service industry as a Food Service Worker at Compass Group, where they supervised dining services operations, assisted in all food service-related activities, and worked with the Chef and management team in creating menus. Currently, they are employed at Nassau Financial Group as a Customer Service Representative, where they coordinate department meetings and services for events, supports and executes community drives and volunteer events, and establishes written procedures and key functions for cross-training. Kaitlin also briefly worked as a Claims Processor in the same company.
Kaitlin Ruscetta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Russell Sage College from 2014 to 2019. In 2016, they also received the ServSafe Food Protection Certification from ServSafe Certified. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Empire State University, with the completion date unspecified.
